How to import Panasonic VariCam HS MOV into Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro?

Step 1: Import VariCam HS MOV video into this program. Click "Add" button to load your 4K or 1080P files.



Step 2: Select the output format.
To choose the output format for Adobe Premiere Pro, please click "Format" go "Editing Software" and then select the Adobe Premiere/Sony Vegas AVC (*.mov) item under the dropdown menu.
